If you're like me and always look at the ingredients of everything you take B4 taking it, filling your head with half-finished assumptions that are comprised of a grab-bag of funky facts from middle school science class, emo stage freshman college year , doctor's waiting room health magazines from 3 years ago and rabbit hole dives into PubMed published only by Doctor's whose names have at least two Zz's, than keep reading......
When you see caffeine as first ingredient you'd be understandably (but WRONG) to assume "oh ok so it's like drinking a big glass tub of coffee or tall glass of no-judgement mountain dew,right" ?!Wrong. When you see "Thermosomthin'mmagumma" you probably think "oh something that'll help me sweat more right?! Close but not quite...
I'll start by saying when I was going HARD in the gym 5x a week, I'd pop one of these Sally's (recommended dose is up to 2 but don't do that yet) and would literally turn into beast-mode by the time I arrived at the gym (so like 15 minutes give or take). I'm including time frames as they are quite important to take into consideration...so be ready. Not only does this give you A super dooper kickstart, it's not a slow creep it's like a NOS button. So be ready to get running,lifting and squishing leg-day skippers when it kicks in. It has some ingredients that crank up the heat in your body and also increase sweat but for the most part you just feel hotter and feel like your BURNING more (not just sweating more) so please take that into consideration and increase your hydration by at least 1/3rd. I can say without a doubt that on days that I take this, I lift heavier and do more sets. Like a substantial amount heavier (30+- lbs heavier for me when doing till exhaustion). It's almost like your two buttons marked "tired" button and "lazy" button are deactivated from the time you take this till about 6-8 hours or so later (possibly more because while your energy levels do lower at a reasonable time, your body will still feel like it's much hotter (temperature wise, at least for now) and that you are still burning fat long into the day. I realize it might sound like the come-up is intense and drastic but it really is not that bad at all, I always describe it to my friends when I recommend this to them that it's a "clean energy burst" and not anything that is uncomfortable or crackatacious(so-to-speak). There is no jitters UNLESS you take it and then don't do anything other than sit there. That leads me to my one andONLY small critique /comment/suggestion to user(and I don't even find 'critique'being the correct word because it is just basic science). Make sure you definitely work out if you take this or rather, take it once you've arrived at your workout destination and that's because on the few days that I took it in the morning and something happened that prevented me from doing my workout/exercise routine , I got pretty annoying headaches and even a little nausea and slight jitters. It totally makes sense logically because its whole composition is meant to function in a body state that is moving and burning fuel but I find it worth mentioning just so you folks can keep that in the back of your head and avoid any unnecessary discomfort. All in all, is rate this a definitive 5 star product and in terms of energy boost, fat burning power boost as well as noticeable strength difference...Maybe skip this on days that you just want to go in and do a quick workout or class and take it easy or on your active recovery days because you will absolutely get super-cranked-up upon taking it and while it's amazing on those days you want to go hard and give it your all and beat some personal records, it does not seem like a good thing to take every single day (again, my opinion only). Even too much of a good thing is not recommended as they say.
