I have to say as a prelude :I was not paid or provided any free products or discounts in exchange for my honest review of this product.

Having said that,
I can't say enough great things about this magical concoction --the ingredient list is packed to the brim with healthy mushrooms that do everything from promote growth of good gut bacteria to assist with digestion and reduce bloating and by its after-affect also help sleep. This has gaba which is excellent for getting GOOD sleep, increasing amount of REM(cuz if it's not REM did it even happen/help?).Also a formulation of f probiotics and some other stuff I can't think of at the moment are what comprise this supplement ingredient list. I thought at first the new formulation (label used to be white and purple now it's purple and white)might have changed it's efficacy but realized after some digging it was just one of the fillers that was reacting with a temporary steroid I got put on ,so I'm back to getting excellent results from this and none of the main ingredients were replaced. I now plan ahead and make sure I do not run out. (Once you fall in love with this supplement, make sure to stock up on their next BOGO or sporadic super Promotions they run every now and then). I'm really grateful to Ryan at the Jefferson Location that suggested this stuff and explained in detail every part of its' function to a person like me who loves asking a million questions and geeks out on scientific research and facts (0-o). I call supplements like this a gem in the rough "multitude magic supplement" because it's very rare these days to come across quality clean products that are packed with top quality ingredients,sourced carefully and undergo various quality and efficacy tests not to mention are very much so a "multitasking supplement".

If you are not great about keeping up with your night time supplements, eat later at night than you'd like to and struggle with morning bloating as well as getting up often at night to use restroom and drink (in both orders)due to inefficient sleep cycles, you have found your 1stopSolution for ALL the above mentioned things. I actually doubted whether to even post this review because I know it sounds so positive,one may start to question it...So I will say there is one big negative aspect of it for me, and that's the fact that I didn't stop into a Complete Health store and discover it sooner...But that's a problem only a time machine can solve. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐ ⭐
