The best way is a free consultation at any of our locations — our staff will ask the right questions and help you build a plan. You can also explore our product catalog online and use filters to find supplements by goal, type, or brand. When in doubt, ask us.

We prioritize brands committed to transparency, quality manufacturing, and third-party testing. We don't carry products we wouldn't use ourselves. If you have specific questions about a product's testing or certifications, our staff can walk you through it.

We only carry reputable brands with strong safety records. If you have underlying health conditions, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medications, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting a new supplement regimen.

Supplements ship free on orders over $80. Bars ship free over $100. Standard shipping on drinks applies. For orders under the threshold, standard shipping is available at checkout.

We ship same-day on orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. Standard shipping takes 1–4 business days via UPS. APO and PO Box addresses ship via USPS. Protein snacks ship at a flat rate of $8.99.

Yes! In-store pickup is available at all three Indiana locations. Select store pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready. Great option if you want your supplements the same day.

Unopened items in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days. Opened or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Clearance items are final sale. Email completehealthfwsw@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. In-store, we accept credit/debit cards and cash.
