How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM ship the next business day. Standard delivery takes 1-4 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Supplements: Free on orders over $80
Bars: Free on orders over $100
Protein Snacks: Flat rate $9.97
Drinks: Standard shipping applies
Standard Shipping: $8.99 for orders under threshold
Which carriers do you use?
About 90% of orders ship via UPS. APO addresses and PO Boxes ship via USPS. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes! Free in-store pickup is available at all three Indiana locations. Select Store Pickup at checkout, choose your location, and your order will be ready when you arrive.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us immediately — do not discard the packaging or product. Send photos to completehealthforwayne@gmail.com or call (260) 387-7670. We'll replace the item or issue a refund.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items in original sealed packaging are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
What items cannot be returned?
Opened or partially used supplements, clearance and final sale items, and items marked non-returnable at the time of sale. Because our products are consumable, this protects the health and safety of all customers.
How do I start a return?
1. Email completehealthforwayne@gmail.com with your order number and reason
2. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions
3. Ship the item back in original packaging
4. Refund processes within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Yes! We're happy to exchange unopened items within the 30-day window. Just mention it in your return request email.
Can I return in-store?
Absolutely. Bring your unopened item and receipt to any of our three Indiana locations within 30 days.
