Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Here's how our return policy works.

Eligible Returns

Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase or delivery date. The item must be unused and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are consumable, opened or used items cannot be returned. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers — we're sure you understand. If you're unsure about a product before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to visit a store for a free consultation so we can point you in the right direction before you open anything.

The following items are also non-returnable:

  • Opened or partially used supplements
  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Items purchased at a discount event or marked as non-returnable at the time of sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly. We'll replace the item or issue a refund — your choice.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at completehealthforwayne@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number, the product name, and your reason for the return
  3. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging — securely packed to prevent damage in transit

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. CHN is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different product instead of a refund? We're happy to help with exchanges on unopened items within the 30-day return window. Just mention it in your return request email and we'll get you sorted.

In-Store Returns

If you purchased in-store or prefer to handle your return in person, you're welcome to bring your unopened item to any of our three Indiana locations within 30 days. Bring your receipt or proof of purchase.
